Originally developed by Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training develops strength, muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular health and core stability while simultaneously delivering a fast, effective total-body workout by leveraging gravity and your own bodyweight. TRX is beneficial to people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors) because you’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.
