Shadow, Love and Enlightenment

Shadow, Love and the Living Enlightenment

Our collective awakening is happening through the willingness we have to face our shadows and open to experiencing unconditional love for self.

Don’t fight your Shadow, Embrace it!!
3 Tips for recognizing your shadow and letting go of negative emotion:

1. Allow yourself to embrace the shadow aspects of yourself without judgment.
The trick is not to fight the shadow but to embrace it.
Don’t take yourself too seriously and learn how to deal with your dragons (those aspects you don’t like about yourself) and switch them on and off.

Looking at your shadow as an observer allows you to view your own emotions in an analytical way and remove the immediate charge.

For example, you can use meditation to learn to listen to your inner voice.
What is this emotion teaching you about self and others? What’s your life’s calling? What affects you most deeply?
In searching for the answers to these questions you also learn to accept your shadow.

2. Consciously surrender negative emotions. Feel them in your body and let them flow through you without judgment.
Many of us have experienced pain, heartbreak, fear, grief and despair.
If you go through these life events with awareness you can see that it is merely the “dark night of the soul” in which the shadows that we don’t want to look at come up to the service.
As they come up to the service feel where this emotion affects you in your body. Where is this emotion stored?

Working with the shadow aspect of your self takes courage and is paramount on the path to living enlightenment.
Accepting and conquering your shadow comes in different stages so there is no need to rush.

3. To transmute these dark emotions and hidden aspects of ourselves simply have the intention to be more aware of your emotions.
To be awake in the heart break. To be awake in the death of a loved one. And see that within the darkness is the seed of enlightenment.

“There is nothing more whole as a broken heart.” -Jewish Sage Menachem Mendle Schneerson

When our hearts are most broken, they’re most open. You feel the raw power of Love and the emotion of life pulsing through your veins.
It’s the Openness that makes us whole!

This is the way we become enlightened through the darkness.

We are here for one purpose….to transform the darkness into light!
Let the Love of True Source/God melt into your heart and carry you through your darkest hour.

I love you unconditionally!

I am extremely impressed together with your writing abilities as neatly as with the layout to your blog. Is that this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Either way stay up the nice quality writing, it is rare to look a nice weblog like this one nowadays..

Wisdom is found in knowing the truth, understanding absolute values, and knowing how to apply these values to one’s life. At the beginning, the individual needs facts and information, but later in life, he can weave these facts into a broader set of knowledge. Knowledge is worthless unless it is used to find and apply in life what is good. In the search for wisdom, the individual must avoid becoming a pedant, studying the insignificant, or retiring from the world to become a scholar. Wisdom consists of knowing how to apply the good to life.

My website goes over a lot of the same topics as yours and I believe we could greatly benefit from each other. If you happen to be interested feel free to shoot me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Awesome blog by the way!
