Naked Chocolate the Sexual Superfood

What is more sexy than indulging in chocolate for an evening of bliss?
Indulging in the creation of chocolate with a partner of course.
This partner could be your fiancee, wife, or lover. It could be a best friend, a hot date, or whoever you want to share this magic of co-creation with.
I’m hanging out with one of my most trusted friends in the Universe, Shellie White and we are thoroughly enjoying creating raw chocolate bliss in the kitchen together. This creation was inspired by the book Naked Chocolate by David Wolfe and Shazzie
MEN, if your like me…(lazy) and the sound of cooking doesn’t intrigue you. No worries, it’s easier than you think.
It’s a Saturday night and here are your options:
You could catch a movie, a nice dinner and then grab a chocolate bar from the sales bin and feed it to eachother on your couch, which is sort of cool or…
You could choose to make your own naked chocolate sexual superfood together in the kitchen.
How to Make Naked Chocolate:
Step One, The Gathering of Delights
Suggested Ingredient List
Raw Cacao Powder (1c.) – natural aphrodisiac, increases love and bliss chemicals produced in the brain and body
Coconut Oil (4-6 oz) – great for healthy skin and elevated mood
Maca Root Powder (1 heaping Tbsp.) – Stimulates root chakra, balances endocrine system, increases fertility and libido
Mesquite (1 heaping Tbsp.) – balance blood sugar
Goji Berries (small handful) – Himalayan superfood, high in antioxidants
Raw Shredded Coconut (1/2 cup) – delicious!
Raw Crushed Cashews (1/4 – 1/2 cup) – boosts energy and good for heart, muscles and bones
Cinnamon (sprinkle to taste) – warms the qi and stimulates the blood in all the right places
Vanilla extract optional (1tsp. or to taste) – yummy!
Superfood green powder (1 heaping Tbsp.) – all daily trace minerals for healthy mind and body are in here
Raw Chocolate Coconut Butter (5-6 Tbsp) – we used Cacao Bliss, a premade butter you can find at your local health food store
Sea salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Optional- Agave or honey, sweeten to your liking
Magic in the Kitchen: Getting down and dirty with chocolate
Ambiance: Scented Candles, Raw Organic Ingredients, and Sexy Italian classical music (music list located at bottom of page)
Bring water to a roiling boil and allow coconut oil to melt in into saucepan while stirring.
Put ingredients in one by one and continue to stir with your whisk. Your partner can help you put the ingredients in as you stir.
If the chocolate is not quite thick enough add more cacao or maca root powder.
Lick chocolate sauce with finger or spoon until your desired flavor is reached.
Place chocolate sauce into ice cube or tart trays. We used tart trays and look at how amazing they came out.
Cook and prep time is approx. 25-35 min (well worth the wait)
Enjoying Chocolate Ecstasy:
True Tantra means making love with the moment and treating the person you are with as your Beloved. Yeah there are some amazing sexual qigong positions, but it’s all about the build up. P.S. You don’t need to have sex in order for a powerful love and sensual energy to be exchanged.
KEY: No expectations. No goals. Just be in love with the moment!
So here are a couple of options you can choose or make up your own ecstatic experience and post it as a comment.
1. Holding wine glass in one hand, chocolate in the other.
Place sexual superfood halfway in your mouth. Invite partner with your eyes to partake in your special treat.
Enjoy the aftermath and indulge slowly.
2. Place chocolate delicately on your favorite body part of your Beloved.
Lick lightly as if it was your first kiss. Your first taste.
Repeat as necessary, until desired results unfold.
3. If solo, run a hot soothing bath with lavender essential oil and rose petals.
Add scented candles and music of your choice.
Place bowl of delicious chocolate tubside and celebrate the joy of you and enjoy the love of naked chocolate.

Good post. I study one thing more challenging on different blogs everyday. It is going to always be stimulating to read content from different writers and apply somewhat something from their store. I’d want to make use of some with the content material on my weblog whether or not you don’t mind. Natually I’ll offer you a link in your web blog. Thanks for sharing.
David Beaudry says
Please share it with whoever you feel called, share the link and let them know where it came from. Namaste.

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the structure of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
