Autumn: Less is More! Increase energy by doing less!

Harvest your Gifts and water the seeds of wisdom within.

“In autumn the leaves turn vibrant colors, signifying the point of a cycle wherein all things begin to conserve and store themselves internally for nourishment, while externally life appears to be fading. The tree is preparing to protect itself as its branches gather their fruits containing the seeds for new life.”

Autumn is here! It is the first rain of the Fall season here in the San Francisco bay area and as the fire of summer dies down I am struck by a need to go within.
Now is the time to harvest the experiences and lessons learned from the Spring and Summer.
Now is the time to reflect, give thanks and point your sights on harvesting the most important seeds of wisdom you’ve gained this year.
This will give you clarity going into the future and the next Evolution of you.

3 Tips to ride the wave of Autumn: Less is more.

1. Journal at least one insight you’ve gained about yourself; this could be regarding relationship patterns, emotional/mental attitudes toward self or others, leadership/business relationships. No judgement here, this is just your simple observation of life patterns and your ability to discern what you’ve been manifesting in your life.
If we don’t reflect on what, how and why we’ve created events in our lives, how can we be conscious creators?

2. Are you still doing to much? Are you spreading yourself thin? How is your energy level?

Summer is the time of the Heart and the Fire element. A time filled with long days and late sunsets meaning we work hard and play harder.

As Autumn begins it is now time to harvest your life experiences. Reflect. Receive. Accept who you are and how you got here.
Don’t waster your energy by over committing to business/creative projects or family/friend engagements.
Check in and see if your trying to do too much to get some where or be someone!
I’m not saying don’t work hard but when is it time to relax and reflect on what’ been working in your life and what needs to be eliminated?

3. Treat yourself to Alone time.
Plan one day in your busy schedule dedicated to quality time with You. You can camp in the forest, spend a day doing qigong in the mountains, meditate in your room all day, do a Zen retreat in SF, or whatever you like.

No distractions, no bills, no phone calls, JUST YOU. Find that deep place within you that lasts forever. Connect to the Infinite You.
Give yourself Absolute alone time. If this scares you, then you know you need it!!

Requirements: Get away from people!

When we free ourselves from the chatter of humans we get in touch with our inner voice, guidance and connection to Source.
Optional: Journal, one book of inspiration or poetry, your favorite pen and a cushion.

With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being ripped off? I’d certainly appreciate it.

That is the nature of the internet these days. I share these insights freely. If people are inspired I hope they reference where they received the information. If you are writing exclusive content, write an e-book and get a copyright.
